1. How to Set Up Email in Outlook 365

Step 1: Open Outlook

• Open Outlook and click on File > Add Account

Step 2: Enter Your Email Address

• Type your full email address (e.g., you@yourdomain.co.za) and click Connect

Step 3: Choose Account Type

• Select IMAP (recommended) or POP

Step 4: Enter Mail Server Settings

• Incoming Mail Server: mail.yourdomain.co.za

• Port: 993 (IMAP) or 995 (POP)

• Encryption: SSL/TLS

• Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP): mail.yourdomain.co.za

• Port: 465 or 587

• Encryption: SSL/TLS

• Username: your full email address

• Password: your email password

Step 5: Finish Setup

• Click Next, enter your password, then click Connect. Outlook will complete the setup.
