1. How to Set Up Email in Outlook 365
Step 1: Open Outlook

Open Outlook and click on File > Add Account
Step 2: Enter Your Email Address

Type your full email address (e.g.,
you@yourdomain.co.za) and click Connect
Step 3: Choose Account Type

Select IMAP (recommended) or POP
Step 4: Enter Mail Server Settings

Incoming Mail Server:
mail.yourdomain.co.za -
Port: 993 (IMAP) or 995 (POP)

Encryption: SSL/TLS

Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP):
mail.yourdomain.co.za -
Port: 465 or 587

Encryption: SSL/TLS
-
Username: your full email address
-
Password: your email password
Step 5: Finish Setup

Click Next, enter your password, then click Connect. Outlook will complete the setup.
